How to request a refund
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your order.
- We'll confirm the return address and instructions by email.
- Ship the product back to us within 30 days of the date you received your order. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once your return is received, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, notify us within that period via our Contact page. For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery may be exempt from the right of withdrawal; our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies regardless.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Subscription refills
