How refill plans work
When you choose a refill plan, your selected bundle ships automatically every 4 weeks, and your payment method is charged for each refill when it's processed. You'll always keep the same free tracked shipping.
Cancel anytime
You can stop or cancel your refill plan at any time, effective for any refill that hasn't been processed yet:
- Log in to your account via Manage Subscription and cancel from your subscriptions overview, or
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order email, and we'll cancel it for you the same business day.
To make sure a cancellation takes effect before your next refill, we recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before its scheduled processing date. If a refill was already processed when you cancelled, that shipment is still covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.

Need to cancel a one-time order? Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund it in full. If it has already shipped, our Refund Policy and 30-day money-back guarantee apply.
