These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the vespraskin.com website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Vespra, operated by MB "Diena is dienos", Vilnius, Lithuania ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
Vespra under-eye microneedle patches are a cosmetic product intended to improve the appearance of the skin. They are not a medical device or medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always read the usage instructions and warnings on the packaging before use. For external use only.
2. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you will be refunded in full. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
3. Subscriptions and refills
If you select a refill plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method and dispatch a refill shipment every 4 weeks until you cancel. You can stop or cancel your plan at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy; cancellation takes effect for any refill not yet processed.
4. Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee and your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. As an EU consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
